The young lady who waited on me this morning made my experience exceptional. She was left all alone waiting on a very large number of passengers and she smiled and was so polite to each and every person even those complaining about how long it took. She never complained, she hurried and has exceptional customer service. She should be promoted to manager and I am certain the ratings, schedule and service would go up. Exceptional person and employee in the midst of poor management/ownership with poor scheduling.
The cold brew was of course delicious but I would have left and not ordered if it wouldn't have been for this exceptional young lady being so kind and working so hard. -

The coffee at Pete's is usually really good. This location is no exception. I usually get the dark roast which has a strong but not bitter flavor. The prices a little higher than normal but that's typical at the airport.
I can't say I'm impressed with the staff here. There were twelve people in line and only two slow-moving employees working. There were three other employees standing around, chatting, and hanging out in the back room. Maybe the one in the back was on break.
One of the employees was standing behind a cash register staring off into space. I asked if her register was open and she no, and walked away. Later she walked past me and started joking around with the barista and another employee. As they talked, the line got longer, and longer, and longer. It was like a bad episode of Undercover Boss... -

Poorly run coffee shop by understaffed employees who care more about taking a break than fulfilling their obligations. The fact that they were out of espresso should have been a harbinger of things to come but I persisted in ordering an iced coffee which tasted fine but the price I paid in time and effort made this visit a mistake.

For being a coffee shop in an airport, you would think that corporate would hire more barista's or employees.
long lines doesn't want to make you get Peet's coffee when your competitor can get you out the door in 5 min or less venus the 22 minutes you barely have before boarding a plane.
I do like that they're trying to expand their coffee cup selection like starbucks does. -

We had to wait about 5 minutes to order our drinks even though there was only one person in front of us. The staff seemed to be having some sort of crisis and everyone kept leaving and going into the back room. The drinks were set down on the front counter next to a super dirty computer that hadn't been wiped down in ages. I won't be back.
